倍他乐克对充血性心力衰竭患者心室重塑的影响观察

目的:探讨倍他乐克对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能及心室重塑的影响作用。方法:选取充血性心力衰竭患者70例,将其随机分为两组,对照组32例常规治疗,观察组38例在常规治疗基础上加用倍他乐克,观察、测定并比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月的心功能及心室重塑指标和两治疗6个月后的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者在治疗6个月后LVESV、LVEDV和LVEF得到显著的改善(P<0.05),且治疗6个月后,两组患者间LVESV和LVEF间的变化有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗6个月后观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用倍他乐克能有效防止充血性心力衰竭患者心室重塑,改善心功能,有效改善患者的长期临床结果。

Effect of metoprolol on ventricular remodeling in patients with congestive heart failure

Objective: To investigate the effect of metoprolol on cardiac function of patients with congestive heart failure and ventricular remodeling.Methods: A total of 70 cases with congestive heart failure were chosen,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 32 patients had conventional treatment,and the observation group of 38 cases had metoprolol on the basis of conventional therapy.The heart function and ventricular remodeling indicators at 1 month,3 months and 6 months before and after treatment and clinical efficacy after 6 months of treatment were measured and compared between two groups.Results: LVESV,LVEDV and LVEF after 6 months of treatment were of significant improvement(P<0.05).After treatment of 6 months,LVESV and LVEF changes were of statistical significant differences between t two groups(P<0.05).The total treatment efficiency in the observation group after 6 months was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The application of metoprolol on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively prevent ventricular remodeling in patients with congestive heart failure and improve heart function,and effectively improve the patient's long-term clinical results.
