| 摘 要： | 目的了解2010年河南省健康人群A群流脑抗体水平。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测健康人群血清中的A群流脑抗体含量。结果 A群流脑抗体阳性率为89.1%,抗体平均浓度为6.82μg/mL,其中以56岁组(5.52μg/mL)最低,136岁组(5.52μg/mL)最低,1315岁组(8.23μg/mL)最高。结论河南省健康人群A群流脑抗体阳性率维持在较高的水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the antibody level of groups A Neisseria meningitidis of healthy population in Henan Province in 2010.Methods Antibody levels of groups A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were determined quantification all by ELISA.Results The medians of average antibody levels of groups A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were 6.82μg/mL.The positive rates of antibody were 89.1%.The highest average of group A antibody level was in 5~6 years old group(5.52μg/mL),and the lowest was in 13~15 years old group(8.23μg/mL).Conclusion The positive rate of antibody level of group A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Henan Province was high. |
