分泌性中耳炎的阶梯治疗疗效分析

目的:探讨阶梯性治疗疗法对成人分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:将2008年8月～2011年8月在我院治疗的115例(156耳)分泌性中耳炎患者随机分成阶梯治疗组和手术组,阶梯治疗组患者予以药物治疗、鼓膜穿刺及鼓室置管进行阶梯性治疗,手术组患者予鼓室置管术。治疗后对所有患者进行随访,分析并比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果:阶梯治疗患者治愈率达74.7%,总有效率为90.8%;手术治疗组患者治愈率达72.5%,总有效率为89.9%。两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:成人分泌性中耳炎患者应用阶梯治疗方案进行治疗可取得较好的疗效,能减少手术的频率,减轻患者痛苦,降低患者医疗费用,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of escalation therapy on secretory otitis media

Objective: To explore the effects of escalation therapy on adult secretory otitis media.Methods:: A total of 115 secretory otitis media patients(156 ears) who were admitted from August 2008 to August 2011 were selected and randomly divided into escalation therapy group and surgery group.Patients in escalation therapy group had escalation therapy including drug administration,auripuncture and grommet insertion,while patients in surgery group only had grommet insertion.Follow up were conducted on all patients to compare the efficacy between two treatments.Results: Cure rate was 74.7% in escalation therapy group,and 72.5% in surgery group;total efficacy was 90.8% in escalation therapy group,and 89.9% in surgery group.There was no significant difference in total efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: Escalation therapy is effective.It can decrease frequency of surgery,alleviate patients' pain,reduce the cost and incidence of complication.It is worthy of clinical application.
