摘    要:本文报道了兔和狗小肠上皮吸收细胞ATPase活性的细胞化学定位。把生活在平原地区(南京)的16只兔和14只狗分成3组∶1).留在平原地区的实验动物处死后经观察,ATPase是定位在兔、狗小肠上皮的微绒毛膜上和胞质中粗面内质网上;2),被带到高原(海拔2 260m和3 800m)的兔和狗,第2天被处死,经观察ATPase被抑制;3).被带到高原(海拔3 800m)的兔和狗,第7天被处死,经观察ATPase得到恢复。作者讨论了这种改变的可能意义。

Abstract:Cytochemical lacolization of ATPase activity on absorptive cells of rabbit and dog small intestine were reported. 16 rabbits and 14 dogs that were born and lived at Nanjing. That divided into3 groups: 1). Remained at sea level(controls). ATPase was localized on the membranes of microvilli,endoplasrnic reticulum of absorptive cells of rabbit and dog small intestine. 2). Killed at second dogs after brought to high altitude(2 260m and 3 800m above sea level. respectivel. ), ATPase was inhibited. 3). Killed at 7 days after brought to 3 800m above sea level, ATPase was retum to normal. Oc- currence of the enzyme are discussed as to their significance.
