摘    要:目的:观测豚鼠在噪声暴露后不同时间内盐酸山莨菪碱(654-20防治组和损伤组的耳蜗琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性变化,探讨噪声暴露后SDH活性的变化趋势以及654-2在噪声暴露中对SDH活性的影响。方法:把豚鼠分成对照组、损伤组与654-2防治组,在噪声暴露后不同时期,用Nachlas四唑氮盐法及图象分析仪显示并测算SDH活性。结果:在噪声暴露后第3天,各组酶活性损伤最重。各组耳蜗SDH活性第1、2回

Abstract:Objective: By observing the changes of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity and ABR in cochlear of guinea-pigs between 654-2 prevention treatment group and the damaged group in different times following after noise exposed. We explicated the changing trend of SDH activity and the effect of 654-2 on the activity of SDH after noise exposed. Methods: Guinea-pigs were divided into three groups: the control group, the damaged group, and the prevention-treatment group (654-2 group). Nachlas's method and image pattern analysismeter were applied to observe the activity of SDH in different times after noise exposed. Results: Activity of SDH of each group was damaged most seriously on the third day after noise exposure. The activity of SDH of each group shows that 1st and the 2nd gyre were damaged more seriously than that of the 3rd and the 4th gyre in cochlea. The activity of SDH of 654-2 group was damaged slighter than that of the damage group. Conclusion: The results showed that white noise had a distinct affect on high frequency hearing threshold. 654-2 can prevent and treat noise-induced hearing damage in certain degree.
