5O例急性左心衰竭的院前急救护理配合分析

目的探讨院前护理配合对急性左心衰急救的影响。方法回顾性分析98例急性左心衰患者的临床资料，其中院前急救组（A组）50例，自行来院就诊患者为对照组（B组）48例。结果院前急救组与对照组相比较，从发病到救治护理的时间明显缩短，24h的病死率降低，治疗1h有效率明显提高。结论院前急救的护理配合可较早改善急性左心衰患者的心脏功能，阻止病情恶化，降低病死率。

Objective To investigate the effects of pre-hospital nursing cooperation on the first aid of acute left heart failure （ALHF）. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with ALHF were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into pre-hospital care group （group A, n=50） and control （group B, n=48） .Group A was treated with first aid outside hospital and Group B came to hospital themselves Results The time from appearing symptom to receiving treatment in group A was more short than that in group B. The mortality rate was lower and the effective rate was higher in group A than that in group B. Conclusion The pre-hospital nursing cooperation on the first aid of acute left heart failure may improve the cardiac function early, and prevent the condition of disease from deteriorating and reduce the mortality.
