结肠癌肝转移术后复发再次肝切除疗效分析

目的探讨再次肝切除在结肠癌肝转移肝切除术后肝内复发中的应用和价值。方法回顾性分析1990年8月至2007年8月我院收治的6例结肠癌肝转移术后复发再次肝切除治疗患者的临床资料。结果6例患者首次和再次肝切除时均无手术死亡和手术并发症发生,术后中位生存期从第1次肝切除时算起为62个月,从再次肝切除算起为32个月。结论对RCLM再次肝切除安全可行,对经过选择的病例可明显延长存活期。

Analysis of the safety and the value of repeat hepatic resection for recurrent colorectal liver mestastases

Objective To investigate the safety and the value of repeated hepatic resection for recurrent colorectal liver mestastases (RCLM). Methods Retrospectively analysed 6 RCLM patients received repeat hepatic resection who admitted in our hospital between Aug l997 and Aug 2007. Results There were no post operative deaths and complication following both the first hepatetomy and the repeat hepatectomy. The media survival of the RCLM,measured from the time of first hepatectomy and the repeat hepatectomy,was 62 months and 32 months respectively. Conclusion Repeat hepatectomy is safe and feasible to RCLM,and can provide long-term survival in selected patients.
