针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床研究进展

目的；旨在体现近10年来针灸治疗痛风性关节炎临床研究的概貌，反映这一专题研究的最新水平和进展，为以后的临床科研提供参考依据。方法：将25篇相关文献的内容，分为针刺、针刺加药物、刺血、火针、温灸等不同针灸疗法进行分析，肯定了针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的有效性。结论：针灸具有良好的疗效，无副作用，前景乐观，应进一步研究。并认为如何将针灸的不同方法的有效结合有待研究。

Progresses of Clinical Studies on Treatment of Gouty Arthritis with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

Survey of studies on treatment of gouty arthritis with acupuncture and moxibustion in recent 10 years were reviewed to reflect the most new level and advances of this study so as to provide references for clinical studies in future.In the total of 25 relative papers including acupuncture,acupuncture plus medicines,pricking blood therapy,pyropuncture therapy,wram needling and other acupuncture and moxibustion therapies were analysed,and the effectivity of acupuncture and moxibustion for gouty arthritis was further confirmed.It is indicated that acupuncture and moxibustion has a good therapeutic effect for gouty arthritis with no side effect.The authors hold that it is remained to be studied how different acupuncture and moxibustion methods are effectively combined.
