| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中药加西药与中药加针灸治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法 将87例周围性面瘫随机分为中西医结合与中药加针灸二治疗组进行治疗，随访观察疗效。结果 2种方法治疗均获理想的疗效；2组治愈率和痊愈时间均无显著性差异。结论 中西医结合或中药加针灸治疗面瘫疗效确切，可根据病程的早、中、后期灵活配合应用．以提高疗效。
