真武汤加减治疗水肿36例疗效分析

目的:观察真武汤加减治疗水肿(肾病综合征)的临床疗效及分析。方法:72例水肿(肾病综合征)患者,随机分为两组均36例。两组患者均给予常规综合治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上给予真武汤加减治疗,两组均治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果:两组血清白蛋白、24h尿白蛋白定量治疗后与治疗前组内比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后血清白蛋白、24h尿白蛋白定量两组间比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组总有效率比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤加减治疗水肿(肾病综合征),临床疗效显著。

Efficacy analysis of treating 36 cases of edema with the Zhenwu decoction

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of the Zhenwu decoction on treating edema. Methods： 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups, each group 36 eases. Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment; the observation group add the the Zhenwu decoction, after 3 months of treatment, the efficacy in both groups were observed. Results： Levels of serum albumin and 24h urinary albumin quantification compared with the pre-treatment, there were significant differences （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）; Comparison between two groups, the observation group was better （P〈0.05）; the total efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The clinical effect of the Zhenwu decoction is significant on treating edema.
