自拟川芪止痛汤配合阿是穴针灸联合氟桂利嗪治疗血管性头痛35例

目的:观察自拟川芪止痛汤配合阿是穴针灸联合氟桂利嗪的临床疗效。方法:将68例风寒型血管性头痛患者随机分为两组。治疗组35例予自拟川芪止痛汤配合阿是穴针灸联合氟桂利嗪治疗,川芪止痛汤,1剂/d,水煎取汁200ml,复渣再煎,再取200ml,早晚各服200ml;另加针灸疼痛时阿是穴,补泻兼施,留针30min,盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg,每晚1次口服。对照组33例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg,1次/晚口服。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后大脑前、中、后动脉血流速度和搏动指数变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率89.7%,对照组总有效率61.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后双侧大脑前、中、后动脉的平均血流速度和搏动指数均明显改善,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:川芪止痛汤配合阿是穴针灸联合氟桂利嗪治疗血管性头痛,可改善临床症状,具有调整脑血管的不稳定性,促进脑血管弹性和改善脑血流供应的作用。

Treating 35 cases of vascular headache with the Chuanqi Zhitong decoction and Ashi acupuncture plus flunarizine

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Chuanqi Zhitong decoction with Ashi acupuncture plus flunarizine. Methods：68 cases of cold-type vascular headache were randomly divided into 2 groups. 35 cases in treated group were given Chuanqi Zhitong decoction with Ashi acupuncture plus flunarizine treatment, Chuanqi Zhitong decoction, once daily, decoction juice 200ml, frying again, then took 200ml, morning and evening, took 200ml; while plus Ashi acupuncture, for 30 minutes, flunarizine hydrochloride capsules 10mg, once at night orally. The control group 33 cases were given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules 10mg, once at night orally. One month as a course of treatment in 2 groups. After a course, clinical efficacy, artery blood flow velocity and pulsatility index changes before and after treatment were observed. Results：The total efficiency was 89.7%in the treated group, the control group was 61.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, in the treated group, bilateral anterior brain, the average flow velocity of the arteries and pulsatility index were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01） after treatment compared with the control group. Conclusion： Chuanqi Zhitong decoction with Ashi acupuncture plus flunarizine treatment of vascular headaches, can improve clinical symptoms, adjust cerebral vascular instability, promote brain blood vessel elasticity and improve cerebral blood supply.
