肠易激综合症应用不同中医疗法治疗效果比较

目的:比较分析肠易激综合症应用不同中医疗法的治疗效果。方法:选取肠易激综合症患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,对照组采用参苓白术散加味治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合艾灸治疗,1个月后比较两组效果。结果:观察组总有效率91.18%,显著优于对照组70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率6.45%,显著低于对照组6.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散配合艾灸治疗肠易激综合症治疗效果好,且不易复发,值得临床推广。

Effect comparison of different TCM therapy on irritable bowel syndrome

Objective：To compare and analyse the therapy effect of different TCM on irritable bowel syndrome. Methods：68 cases of patients with irritable bowel syndrome were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. 34 cases of each group. The control group used Shenlingbaizhu powder treatment, and the observation group was combined with moxibustion treatment. Compared the effective of the two groups after treatment for 1 month. Results： Total efficiency of observation group was 91.18%, obviously higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.45%, was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shenling Baizhu powder with Moxibustion in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome treatment effect is good, and not easy to relapse, is worth the clinical promotion.
