脑血栓后遗症患者针药并用疗法的临床研究

目的:观察针药并用治疗脑血栓后遗症的临床疗效。方法:将128例患者分为两组,对照组60例采用常规西医处理,观察组68例加用针刺和中药补阳还五汤治疗。结果:观察组基本痊愈34例,基本痊愈率50.00%,总有效率91.18%。对照组基本痊愈18例,基本痊愈率30.00%,总有效率79.33%。两组比较,基本痊愈率和总有效率差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力与本组治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺疗法配合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症能减轻患者神经功能缺损程度,提高患者生活自理能力,临床疗效安全可靠。

Clinical research on treating sequelae of cerebral thrombosis by acupuncture plus medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating sequelae of cerebral thrombosis by acupuncture plus medicine. Methods： 128 patients were divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in the control group were treated with routine modem medicine, 68 cases in the observation group was treated by acupuncture an TCM Buyang Huanwu decoction. Results： The observation group 34 cases recovered, recovery rate of 50%, the total efficiency of 91.18%. The control group 18 cases recovered, recovery rate of 30%, the total efficiency of 79.33%. The comparison between the 2 groups, the basic recovery rate and the total efficiency of the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. To compare with before treatment the neural function defect score and ability of daily life. The differences were significant （P〈0.05）, compared with the control group after treatment, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating sequelae of cerebral thrombosis by acupuncture plus medicine can reduce the neurological functional defect, improve patient self-care ability, clinical safety.
