中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的疗效分析

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的方法及其临床疗效。方法:随机选择2012年2月-2013年6月我院收治的96例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为中西医组和西医组,每组48例,中西医治疗组给予常规西药治疗+中药汤剂治疗,西医组给予西药治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果:中西医组48例患者中,显效44例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率为97.91%。西医组48例患者中,显效38例,有效5例,无效5例,总有效率为89.58%。两组结果对比P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡相对于单纯西医治疗消化性溃疡疗效更为显著,值得在临床上推广和使用。

Efficacy analysis of treating peptic ulcer in the integrative medicine

Objective：To investigate the method of integrative medicine treatment of peptic ulcer and its clinical efficacy. Methods：Choose 96 cases of peptic ulcer in our hospital from February 2012 to June 2013 for the study;all patients were randomly divided into the integrative medicine group and the modern group, 48 cases in each group. TCM treated group： conventional modern medicine＋TCM decoction treatment, the modern group received modern medicine treatment. Comparing and analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results：48 patients in the treated group, 44 cases markedly effective, effective in 3 cases, 1 case ineffective, and the total efficiency was 97.91%. Modern group of 48 patients, 38 cases markedly effective, effective in 5 cases, five cases ineffective, and the total efficiency was 89.58%. Two sets of results comparing P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： Integrative medicine of peptic ulcer is more significant relatively compared to the pure modern medicine treatment, worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
