小儿支气管炎清肺解毒汤与头孢替安联合用药的临床分析

目的:探析清肺解毒汤加减联合头孢替安治疗支气管炎小儿患者的治疗效果。方法:随机抽取我院儿科收治的96例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为两组,对照组48例单纯应用头孢替安,治疗组48例采用肺解毒汤加减联合头孢替安治疗,观察两组患儿临床症状和体征改善情况,评价治疗效果。结果:治疗组患儿发热、咳嗽、肺啰音等临床症状和体征消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率91.67%,明显高于对照组的68.75%,两组患儿均未出现严重的不良反应。结论:临床上应用清肺解毒汤加减联合头孢替安治疗小儿支气管炎疗效明显优于单纯应用头孢替安,疗效确切,无不良反应发生,安全性高,值得在临床上广泛的推广和应用。

Clinical analysis of treating bronchitis in children with the Qingfei Jiedu decoction plus Cefotiam

Objective： To analysis the effect of Qingfei Jiedu decoction plus Cefotiam on treating bronchitis in children. Methods： 96 children with bronchopneumonia admitted in our hospital pediatric were selected as the research object. The control group 48 cases were given simple application of Cefotiam, treated group 48 cases treated with the Qingfei Jiedu decoction plus Cefotiam, clinical signs and symptoms of children in two groups were observed to evaluate the effect of the treatment. Results： The treated group＇s children with fever, cough, lung sounds, such as clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency 91.67% in treated group was obviously higher than that of control group 68.75%, two groups of children with no serious adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion： The curative effect of the Qingfei Jiedu decoction plus Cefotiam on treating bronchitis in children is significantly better than simple application of Cefotiam, no adverse reaction, high safety, deserves to be widely popularized and applied in clinical.
