雾化吸入氨溴索联合G5振动排痰机在支气管扩张感染加重期效果观察

目的:探讨雾化吸入氨溴索联合G5振动排痰机对支气管扩张患者感染加重期排痰效果。方法:随机将99例患者分为三组,A组采用雾化吸入氨溴索后排痰机排痰,B组只采用排痰机排痰,C组只采用雾化吸入氨溴索排痰。治疗后观察每日排痰量、患者症状、胸部体征、胸部影像学、动脉血气分析变化,记录体温、血白细胞恢复到正常的时间、住院天数。结果:治疗后1~3dA组的排痰量明显多于B组(P<0.02)和C组(P<0.01);第8~10dA组的排痰量明显少于B、C两组(均P<0.02)。A组患者胸部体征、PaO2和PaCO2改善明显优于B、C两组(均P<0.05),体温、血白细胞恢复到正常的时间短于B、C两组(均P<0.05);住院天数明显少于B、C两组(均P<0.05)。结论:雾化吸入氨溴索联合G5振动排痰机对支气管扩张感染加重期患者协助排痰效果显著,优于二者的单一应用。

Effect observation of atomization inspiration ambroxol combined with G5 machine of removing phlegm in exacerbation of bronchiectasis infection

Objective： To discuss the effects of bronchiectasis patient discharging phlegm in infection aggravation time by atomization inspiration ambroxol combined with G5 machine of removing phlegm. Methods： Randomly divide 99 patients into three groups. Group A uses G5 machine to removing phlegm after Anatomization inspiration ambroxol. Group B only uses G5 machine of removing phlegm. Group C only uses Atomization inspiration ambroxol. To observe quantities everyday of removing phlegm and the change of the patient symptom, chest signs, chest iconography, artery blood gas analysis, moreover patientsl temperature and white blood cells restore to normal and the days staying in hospital. Results： From the first day to the third day, the quantity of phlegrn of group A are more than group B （P〈0.02） and group C （P〈0.01）. After treatment from the 8th to 10th, the former is less than the latter （P〈0.02） obviously. The improvement of the group A patient about chest symptom. PaO2 and PaCO2 are all superior than B, C groups （P〈0.05）, the temperature and white blood cell restore to normal in group A is shorter than in B, C two groups （P〈0.05）. The residents in group A is shorter than in B, C two groups （P〈0.05） obviously. Conclusion： The effect assisting discharge phlegm is remarkable by atomization inspiration ambroxol combined with G5 machine of removing phlegm for the Bronchiectasis patient being in infection aggravation time and are superior than the two being single application.
