中药外敷治疗下肢骨折合并深静脉血栓

目的:探讨中药外敷治疗下肢骨折合并深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年6月～2012年5月我院收治的下肢骨折合并深静脉血栓患者140例进行分析,采用中药外敷治疗,观察治疗效果和治疗前后血浆相关指标。结果:采取治疗后,本组140例患者中,显效102例,有效30例,无效8例,临床有效率高达94.3%,且治疗后血浆相关指标较治疗前均有显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷治疗下肢骨折合并深静脉血栓能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善血液黏稠度,效果显著,可作为有效的辅助治疗手段。

Treating lower limb fractures combined with DVT by TCM external application

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of lower limb fracture with deep vein thrombosis （DVT） medicine external application treatment. Methods： June 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital, 140 cases of lower limb fracture with deep vein thrombosis were analyzed, treated with TCM external application treatment. The treatment effect and plasma related indicators before and after treatment were observed. Results： After treatment, 140 patients in this group, 102 cases markedly effective, effective in 30 cases, ineffective in 8 cases, clinical efficiency was 94.3%, plasma-related indicators were significantly lower than before. The difference was statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating lower limb fractures combined with DVT by TCM external application can effectively relieve symptoms of patients, improve blood viscosity, the effect is significant, can be used as an effective adjuvant therapy.
