中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病32例临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效。方法:将64例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,两组均限制钠盐摄入及体力活动,同时根据心衰治疗指南用药,包括利尿剂、ACEI、ARB、β-阻滞剂、醛固酮受体拮抗剂、洋地黄类制剂,观察组同时采用益心通络化浊法拟方治疗,1年后对比疗效。结果:观察组总有效率达84.4%,高于对照组的62.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后LVEDD和LVESD均有明显下降,而EF均明显上升,与治疗前相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但治疗后两组组间比较,观察组的LVEDD和LVESD均低于对照组,且EF高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后1年内再次住院率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病疗效确切,能明显改善患者的心功能、减轻患者的临床症状,延长患者的生命,且优于单纯西药治疗。
