彝药消肿活血汤联合手术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果观察

摘    要:目的:探讨彝药消肿活血汤联合手术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法:60例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用不同切口手术复位,观察组在此基础上加服彝药消肿活血汤。观察两组膝关节评分、手术时间、出血量及并发症。结果:观察组膝关节功能评分优良率96.7%,对照组优良率83.3%,两组差异具有显著性(P<0.05);两组术中出血量、愈合时间具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.7%,显著低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.01)。结论:彝药消肿活血汤联合手术治疗复杂胫骨平台效果较好,可改善血气运行,促进骨折愈合,减少术后出血量,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the Yi medicine Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction combined with surgery on treating complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases for each group. The control group using different incision reset, based on this the observation group add services Yi medicine Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction. Knee score, operative time, blood loss and complications in the two groups were observed. Results: Excellent knee function score excellent rate of the observation group was 96.7%, and was 83.3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); the amount of bleeding, healing time in the two groups was significant difference (P〈0.05); the complication rate of the observation group was 6.7%, which was significantly lower than 20.0% of the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The Yi medicine Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction combined with surgery is effective on treating complex tibial plateau fractures, can improve the blood running, promote healing and reduce postoperative bleeding, worthy of promotion.
