宁心复律汤治疗心律失常44例疗效观察

目的:观察自拟"宁心复律汤"治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将87例心律失常患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组43例,用西药对症治疗,冠心病者用单硝酸异山梨酯、阿司匹林;高血压给予降压;快速心律失常者给予美托洛尔;缓慢性心律失常者给予参松养心胶囊、三莨菪碱。治疗组44例,在对照组用药基础上加宁心复律汤治疗,两组均两周为1个疗程,两个疗程结束后评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.70%,对照组总有效率为65.12%。结论:宁心复律汤治疗心律失常疗效确切,值得在临床上应用。

Clinical observation on treating 44 cases of arrhythmia with the Ningxin Fulv decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating 87 cases of arrhythmia by Ningxin Fulv decoction. Methods： 87 cases were randomly divided into treated group and control group; the control group 43 cases were treated by modem medicine, coronary heart disease with aspirin, isosorbide mononitrate; Hypertension with hypotensor; Rapid arrhythmia give Mei TORO M; Slow arrhythmia were given Shensong Yangxin capsule, three anisodamine. In the treated group 44 cases were treated by Ningxin Fulv decoction based on the control group, the two groups were two weeks for a course of treatment, the curative effect after the two course of treatment. Results： The total efficiency of treated group was 90.70%, control group total efficiency is 65.12%. Conclusion： Effect of Ningxin Fulv decoction in treating arrhythmia is exact, is worthy of clinical application.
