中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合症不孕症35例

目的:观察中药联合西医常规治疗多囊卵巢综合症不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将70例符合西医诊断标准和中医辨证标准的多囊卵巢综合症不孕症患者用随机数字表法随机分为2组各35例。对照组采用法地兰(枸橼酸氯米芬片,50mg),50mg/次,1次/d,月经第5d开始服用,连用5d。并结合心理疏导必要时可用二甲双胍、益玛欣等药物;治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药调经助孕汤,1剂/d,分早晚温服,3月1个疗程。结果:①两组愈显率比较,P<0.05,治疗组优于对照组;②两组患者治疗后的卵巢体积均明显变小(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);③两组患者治疗后的卵巢排卵率较前增多(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);④两组患者治疗后的T、LH/FSH比较均明显好转(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合西医常规治疗多囊卵巢综合症不孕症有较好的临床疗效。

Treating 35 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility in the integrative medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating polycystic ovary syndrome infertility. Methods： 70 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each. The control group was given Clomiphene （Clomifene Citrate Tablets, 50mg）, 50mg/time, 1 time/day, fifth day of menstruation began taking, for 5 days and combined with psychological counseling when necessary, and Metformin, Maxin other drug. The treated group was given Tiaojing Zhuyun decoction more, once a day, Morning and evening, warm oral, 3 months for a course. Results： ①Compared markedly efficiency of two groups, P〈0.05, the treated group better than the control group. ②Ovarian volume after treatment in two groups were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）, and the treated group better than the control group （P〈0.05）. ③Ovulation rate of the two groups were compared after treatment were increased （P〈0.05）, and the treated group better than the control group （P〈0.05）. ④Two groups of patients after treatment T, LH/FSH were significantly improved （P〈0.05）, and the treatede group better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine is effective on treating polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.
