麻杏石甘汤合葶苈大枣汤治疗80例小儿肺炎的体会

目的:研究麻杏石甘汤合葶苈大枣汤治疗小儿肺炎的治疗效果。方法:选取我院收治的80例肺炎患儿为对象,随机分为两组,对照组40例给予西医常规治疗方法,治疗组40例采用麻杏石甘汤合葶苈大枣汤的治疗方法,观察两组患者的疗效情况。结果:两组患者治疗结束后均获得明显改善。治疗组肺炎患者总有效率是92.5%,优于对照组72.5%,两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义。结论:麻杏石甘汤合葶苈大枣汤治疗小儿肺炎的方法可有效增强疗效,改善临床症状,减少、避免副作用发生,提高治愈率,值得在临床中广泛推广和应用。

Clinical experience for treating 80 cases of infantile pneumonia with Maxing Shigan decoction and Tingli Dazao decoction

Objective：To study the Maxing Shigan decoction and Tingli Dazao decoction for treating infantile pneumonia. Methods：80 cases of children with pneumonia and were randomly divided into two groups, control group 40 cases were given conventional western medicine treatment, in the treatment group 40 cases took Maxing Shigan decoction and Tingli Dazao decoction, to observe the curative effects of two groups. Results：The patients gained significant improvement in two groups of patients. The treatment group total effective rate is 92.5%;pneumonia patients better than the control group total effective rate 72.5%. Conclusion：Maxing Shigan decoction and Tingli Dazao decoction for pediatric pneumonia can effectively enhance the curative effect, improve the clinical symptoms.
