中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:将76例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予西医常规综合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药治疗。结果:治疗组的疗效总有效率为94.7%,明显优于对照组的73.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水疗效显著,且不良反应少,具有较好临床应用价值。

Clinical observation on treating cirrhosis ascites in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy on treating cirrhosis ascites in the integrative medicine. Methods： 76 cases were randomly divided into treated group and control group, control group was given conventional modem medicine, the treated group was given TCM based on the treatment of control group. Results： The efficacy of the treated group the total efficiency was 94.7%, significantly better than the control group 73.7%, with significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating cirrhosis ascites with in integrative medicine has obvious curative effect, and less adverse reaction, good clinical application value.
