香砂六君子汤对胃动力不足患者的影响分析

目的:探讨和研究香砂六君子汤治疗胃动力不足患者的临床疗效。方法:病例选取为2011年5月-2013年5月之间收治的60例胃动力不足患者,中医诊断为痞满病,以上60例患者根据入院单双编号随机分组,对照组30例采用常规西医疗法,给予多潘立酮片进行治疗,治疗组30例则在此基础上给予香砂六君子汤进行治疗,治疗结束对比疗效和相关症状治疗前后的积分变化。结果:从两组疗效来看,治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,治疗组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从两组治疗前后的症状积分来看,两组患者在胃脘痞满、腹胀早饱、嗳气呃逆、大便溏稀等方面较治疗前均有所改善,但治疗组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从不良反应情况来看,两组患者并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤能够有效的促进胃排空,对于慢性浅表性胃炎、功能性消化不良、十二指肠溃疡等引起的胃动力不足有着良好的疗效,相较于单纯应用西药治疗效果明显更优,值得在临床上加以推广和应用。

Impact of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on patients with inadequate gastric mobility

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in patients with gastric motility. Methods：60 cases of gastric motility inadequate, TCM diagnosed as Piman diseases, were divided into 2 groups; the control was given conventional western medicine therapy, domperidone, the treatment group, 30 cases, was given more Xiangsha Liujunzi treatment. Results： In the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.3%, in the control group it was 80.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）;the extent of improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）; from adverse action, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion： Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can effectively promote gastric emptying, chronic superficial gastritis, functional dyspepsia, duodenal ulcer caused by inadequate motility has a good effect, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
