| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺百会穴及风池穴结合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:40例气虚血瘀型血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例;治疗组针刺百会穴、风池穴(双侧)并口服补阳还五汤,对照组口服吡拉西坦;治疗28d后进行简易智力状态速查表(MMSE)评测及检查血脂情况,两组相比较治疗组好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:气虚血瘀型血管性痴呆患者采用针刺百会及风池穴结合补阳还五汤有较好临床疗效,提高了患者认知水平,有利于后期康复。

Clinical observation on treating Vascular Dementia with Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective： We observed the acupuncture of baihui acupoint and fengchi acupoint with buyang huanwu decoction, clinical curative effect on treating qi deficiency blood stasis type of vascular dementia. Methods：40 cases of vascular dementia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group （n=20）;In treatment group the baihui acupoint, fengchi acupoints （double sides） and buyang huanwu decoction were applied, in control group pyrazole raschig temple was given orally;28 days for MMSE review and blood lipid check, treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：QI deficiency and blood stasis type of vascular dementia were treated by acupuncturing baihui acupoint and fengchi acupoints plus the buyang huanwu decoction has good clinical curative effect. |
