多节段腰椎间盘的手术治疗分析

目的:探讨多节段腰椎间盘的手术治疗效果。方法:选取我院2009年1月-2012年12月258例多节段腰椎间盘突出症患者,将其分为研究1组(应用小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗),研究2组(应用腰椎后路内固定加腰椎融合术治疗)和对照组(应用保守综合治疗),观察3组临床效果。结果:研究2组经治疗总有效率为94.2%,研究1组为84.9%,对照组为75.6%,3组差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多节段腰椎间盘的手术治疗效果明显,尤其腰椎后路内固定加腰椎融合术有效率更高,有临床推广价值。

A clinical analysis of multilevel lumbar disc sugery

Objective： To investigate surgical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods： 258 cases of multi-segmental lumbar disc patients were divided into study group I （application of small incision fenestration discectomy）, Study Group II（lumbar fusion fixation） and control group （conservative treatment）;clinical effects were observed and recorded. Results：Group II were treated for total effective rate of 94.2%, group I was 84.9% and control group was 75.6%; There was significant differences in the three groups, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Surgical treatment of lumbar disc multi-section was effective significantly, especially in the lumbar fixation and posterior lumbar fusion surgery.
