三子止咳胶囊联合黄芩胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床观察

目的:三子止咳胶囊联合黄芩胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:对180例急性上呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各90例。治疗组应用三子止咳胶囊联合黄芩胶囊治疗,对照组给予清热解毒口服液联合静脉点滴利巴韦林针治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率89%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三子止咳胶囊联合黄芩胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染临床效果明显,且安全性高,无明显毒副作用。

Clinical observation on treating acute upper respiratory infections with Sanzi Zhike capsule combined with Huangqin capsule

Objective： The effects of Sanzi Zhike capsule combined with Huangqin capsule＇on treating acute upper respiratory infections. Methods： 180 cases of acute upper respiratory infections were randomly divided into treated group and control group, 90 in each. The treated group was given Sanzi Zhike capsule combined with Huangqin capsule, control group was given Qingre Jiedu oral liquid plus intravenous ribavirin injection. Results： In the treated group, the total efficiency was 100%, in the control group was 89%, the efficiency difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sanzi Zhike capsule combined with Huangqin capsule is obvious effective on treating acute upper respiratory infections, safe and no significant side effects.
