化痰祛瘀方治疗湿性老年黄斑变性患者62例临床观察

目的:观察化痰祛瘀方治疗湿性老年性黄斑变性(AMD)患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:收集临床确诊为湿性AMD患者共46例63眼,并随机分为两组。治疗组24例(33只眼),给予活络散结汤治疗;对照组22例(30只眼),口服维生素E、C,葡萄糖酸锌片治疗,3个疗程后,观察两组患者治疗前后视力、眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)及眼底出血面积、渗出面积和累积损害面积。结果:治疗组在视力、FFA疗效上与对照组比较有统计学差异,效果良好。结论:化痰祛瘀方对治疗湿性AMD有良好效果。

Clinical observation on treating 62 cases of AMD with the Huatan Quyu recipe

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huatan Quyu recipe on wet age-related macular degeneration （AMD）. Methods：46 cases （63 eyes） of wet AMD were randomly divided into two groups. Treated group：24 patients （33 eyes） were given Huoluo Sanjie decoction;the control group, 22 patients （30 eyes）, were given oral vitamin E, C, zinc gluconate tablets. After three courses, to observe visual acuity, fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） and retinal hemorrhage area, oozing area and cumulative damage to the area before and after treatment. Results：The treated group showed statistically significant difference in sight, FFA effect compared with control group and the effect is good. Conclusion：Huatan Quyu recipe has a positive effect on the treatment of wet AMD.
