活血化瘀药治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效观察

目的:观察和分析活血化瘀药治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2010年1月~2012年1月接收治疗的80例带状疱疹患者,将其随机分成对照组和实验组,每组各40例。其中实验组患者采用口服中药汤剂进行活血散瘀治疗;对照组患者采用口服中成药血府逐瘀丸进行治疗,每组患者治疗疗程均为4周,分别比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛持续的时间疼痛间隔等指标。结果:治疗疗程结束后,两组患者症状均有改善,其中实验组患者的总有效率为96.7%,对照组患者的总有效率为80.25%,两组结果有显著性差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:活血化瘀药治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效显著,对带状疱疹患者的疼痛感起到有效的缓解作用,该方法在带状疱疹临床治疗中值得推广。

Clinical observation on treating herpes zoster with the Huoxue Huayu medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Huoxue Huayu medicine on treating herpes zoster. Methods： From January 2010 to January 2012, 80 patients with herpes zoster received treatment in our hospital, and were chosen and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The experiment group received oral medicine decoction for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis therapy; the control group was treated with oral Chinese patent medicine Xuefu Zhuyu powder for treatment, both treated for 4 weeks, the duration of pain interval index were compared respectively after treatment in two groups. Results： After treatment, two patients symptoms were improved in the experimental group, the total efficiency was 96.7%, patients in the control group the total efficiency was 80.25%, there was significant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The curative effect of Huoxue Huayu medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster is significant and can effectively relieve the pain of herpes zoster patients. The method is worthy to be popularized in clinical treatment.
