表麻下小切口非超声乳化白内障人工晶状体植入术初探

目的:表麻下小切口非超声乳化白内障人工晶状体植入术疗效。方法:对152例165眼采用了表麻下非超声乳化手法碎核治疗白内障并植入人工晶状体,对其术后视力、术后散光情况进行了随访观察。结果:术后1周视力达到0.5以上者130眼占78.79%,视力达到1.0以上者53眼占32.12%,术后3个月视力达到0.5以上者148眼占89.70%,视力达到1.0以上者90眼占54.55%;术后1周平均散光为:(1.75±1.00)D,术后3个月平均散光为:(1.00±0.75)D。结论:该术术后视力提高快、术后散光较轻、手术时间短、无严重并发症发生。表麻下手术,避免了球周、球后麻醉引起球后出血、巩膜穿破的危险。

Discussion of small incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with surface anesthesia for cataract

Objective： Discuss the effect of small incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with surface anesthesia for cataract. Methods： 152 cases （165 eyes） using anesthesia for phacoemulsification technique broken nuclear cataract and intraocular lens implantation. The visual acuity and astigmatism conducted a follow-up observation. Results： One week later, visual acuity greater than 0.5 had 130 eyes, accounted for 78.79%, greater than 1.0 had 53 eyes, accounted for 32.12%, after 3 months, visual acuity greater than 0.5 had 148 eyes, accounted for 89.70%, greater than 1.0 had 90 eyes, accounted for 54.55%; the average astigmatism was （1.75±1.00） D after 1 week, and was （1.00±0.75） D after 3 months. Conclusion： The postoperative visual acuity improved faster, the postoperative astigmatism was lighter, the operative time was shorter and without serious complications. Surface anesthesia for surgery avoids bleeding and scleral perforation risk caused by retrobulbar anesthesia.
