颈痛颗粒配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的:研究颈痛颗粒配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗效果。方法:观察我科在2011年6月-2012年12月期间收治的87例神经根型颈椎病患者的临床资料作为研究对象,按照随机分组的原则将之分为治疗组46例和对照组41例,其中对照组采用单纯颈椎牵引进行治疗,治疗组则在牵引基础上加用颈痛颗粒进行治疗,治疗4周后统计两组患者的治疗结果并进行分析。结果:治疗组患者的治愈率约为28.3%,总有效率约为89.1%;对照组患者的治愈率约为14.6%,总有效率约为68.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈痛颗粒配合颈椎牵引用于治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果显著,较单纯采用牵引进行治疗有着明显的优势,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Curative effect observation on treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy with neck pain particles combined with traction

Objection： To discussion the clinical effects on treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy with neck pain particles combined with traction. Methods： The clinical data of 87 cases admitted during 2011 June to 2012 December as the object of study in my department, were randomly divided into treated group 46 cases and control group of 41 cases, the control group was treated by cervical traction, the treated group was treated by neck pain particles combined with traction. Analysis of treatment results after 4 weeks treatment. Results： The treated group cure rate is about 28.3%, the total efficiency of 89.1%;control group, the cure rate is about 14.6%, the total efficiency is about 68.3%, the treated group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy with neck pain particles combined with traction have a significant treatment effect, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
