ICU感染性肺炎病原体的检测和分析

目的对ICU患感染性肺炎的病例进行分析,了解病原体的种类、分布情况、易感人群。方法分析ICU住院病例454例,其中83例为医院感染性肺炎,感染率为18.28%。对83例感染性肺炎痰培养、血常规、X片、预后、转归进行综合分析。结果 83例痰培养结果前三位大肠埃希菌30.1%、肺炎克雷伯菌24.1%、铜绿假单胞菌10.0%。血常规WBC10×109者38例(45.78%),治愈和好转共67例(80.72%)、死亡16例(19.28%)。结论基础疾病较严重者,或老年人及肿瘤患者,是ICU医院感染性肺炎的的易感人群,对这类人群应加强监测。

Detection and analysis of infectious pneumonia pathogen in ICU

Objective To know about the species and distribution of pathogen and susceptible population by analyzing patients with infectious pneumonia in ICU. Methods 454 patients in ICU were retrospectively analyzed, and 83 of them were infectious pneumonia （18. 28%）. The 83 cases were given a comprehensive analysis, including infectious pneumonia sputum culture, routine blood test, X-rays, prognosis and turnover. Results The results of sputum culture in the 83 cases showed that escherichia coli took up 30. 1%, klebsiella pneumoniae took up 24. 1%, and pseudomonas aeruginosa 10. 0%. There were 38 cases of WBC〉10 ＆#215;109（45. 78%）. 67 cases were cured and improved （80. 72%）, and 16 cases of death were reported （19. 28%）. Conclusion People suffering serious basic diseases and elderly patients with cancer are susceptible population to nosocomial pneumonia in ICU.
