改良外剥内扎手术结合中药治疗混合痔的疗效观察

目的:探讨改良外剥内扎手术结合中药治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:选取我院2009年1月-2012年400例混合痔患者,按照自愿原则分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者应用传统外剥内扎手术进行治疗,研究组患者应用改良外剥内扎手术并予以中药进行治疗,分析对比两组患者治疗效果和并发症情况。结果:研究组在手术时间、住院时间、医疗费用方面和对照组比较减少明显,并发症减少,效果更为明显。结论:改良外剥内扎手术结合中药治疗方法操作简单,患者见效快,痛苦小,并发症少,临床推广价值高。

Clinical observation on treating mixed hemorrhoids by the improved Waibo Neizha surgery plus TCM

Objective：To explore the efficacy of the improved Waibo Neizha surgery plus TCM on mixed hemorrhoids. Methods：Our hospital from January 2009 to 2012, 400 cases of mixed hemorrhoids, in accordance with the principle of voluntary, were divided into study group and the control group, the control group were treated by traditional Waibo Neizha surgery. Study group were given modified Waibo Neizha surgery plus TCM. To analyze and compare the efficacy and treatment complications of two groups. Results： The study group reduced more significantly in operative time, hospital stay, health care costs than the control group. Complications reduced and the effect was more obvious. Conclusion：The improved Waibo Neizha surgery plus TCM method is simple, has quick effect, less pain and fewer complications, with high clinical value.
