针刺联合骶管注射治疗根性坐骨神经痛的临床观察

目的:观察针刺联合骶管注射治疗根性坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法:将根性坐骨神经痛患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例,分别采用针刺联合骶管注射及常规针刺治疗,运用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和汉化Oswestry功能障碍指数评分进行疗效评定。结果:两组在治疗后VAS评分均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组评分降低程度(5.6±1.0)明显优于对照组(4.1±0.7);两组在治疗后Oswestry功能障碍均有明显改善(P<0.05),而治疗组治疗后功能改善(24.1±4.2)明显优于对照组(16.9±4.7)。结论:针刺联合骶管注射治疗根性坐骨神经痛能有效缓解疼痛,疗效确切。

Clinical observation on treating radicular sciatica by acupuncture combined with sacral injection

Objective： To observe the effects on treating radicular sciatica by acupuncture combined with sacral injection. Methods：96 cases were randomly divided into treated group and control group, each group of 48 cases, using acupuncture combined with sacralcanal injection and routine acupuncture therapy, to evaluation the curative effect by a visual analogue score （VAS） and Chinese Oswestrydisability index score. Results： VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was decreased（5.6±1.0） was significantly higher than the control group （4.1±0.7）; Oswestry dysfunction was significantly improved of the two groupsafter treatment （P〈0.05）, improvement in function after treatment in treated group （24.1±4.2） was significantly higher than the controlgroup （16.9±4.7）. Results： Treating radicular sciatica by acupuncture combined with sacral injection can effectively relieve pain, curativeeffect.
