汤建光教授治疗肝性脑病经验

肝性脑病(Hepatic Encephalopathy,HE)是由于急性或慢性肝细胞功能衰竭或广泛门体静脉分流并发大脑功能障碍,临床表现为是意识障碍、行为失常和昏迷,是急性肝衰竭及慢性终末期肝病相关的常见并发症。导师认为肝性脑病属于中医的"黄疸"、"瘟黄"范畴,其病机为邪毒内蕴脏腑、痰热上蒙脑窍,自拟通腑醒脑汤运用临床,取得了较好的临床效果。

Experience of Professor TANG Jian-guang for treating HE

Hepatic encephalopathy （HE） is due to acute or chronic liver cell fuction failure or widely portosystemic shunting associated concurrent brain dysfunction. The clinical manifestations are consciousness disorder, conduct disorder and coma; is acute liver failure and chronic end-stage liver related common complications. Professor TANG thinks that hepatic encephalopathy belongs to TCM ＂jaundice＂, ＂yellow plague＂ category, the pathogenesis is Xiedu Neiyun, Tanre Shanguao. Professor TANG using self-made Tongfu Xingnao decoction for treating HE has achieved certain effect.
