中西医结合治疗骨科大手术后深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效

目的:分析骨科大手术后深静脉血栓形成的中西医结合治疗效果。方法:选取在我院进行治疗的68例骨科大手术后深静脉血栓形成患者,将其平均分成两组,其中对照组患者均采用西医治疗,观察组患者再在此基础上,加上中医治疗。最后对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为91.2%,对照组则为52.9%,其差异显著,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的患肢周经差值以及缩小率均优于对照组,其差异显著,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗骨科大手术后深静脉血栓形成,可以有效的提高其临床治疗效果,值得在临床中进行推广使用。

Clinical efficacy on treating DVT after major orthopedic surgery in the integrative medicine

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating DVT （deep vein thrombosis） after major orthopedic surgery. Methods： 68 patients with DVT after major orthopedic surgery admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with modern medicine, the observation group was given TCM treatment more. Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results： In observation group the total efficiency was 91.2%, 52.9% in the control group, the difference was significant, compared with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. In observation group, limb circumference difference of patients and the difference reduce rate was better than the control group, the difference was significant, compared with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on treating DVT after major orthopedic surgery can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, worthy of a wide clinical application.
