针灸联合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症78例

目的:探讨针灸联合康复训练在脑中风后遗症治疗中的应用疗效。方法:将156例脑中风后遗症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各78例,对照组给予康复训练,观察者给予针灸联合康复训练治疗,2个疗程后对比两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率97.43%优于对照组的83.33%,观察组治疗前、后神经功能缺损程度评分差值(17.19±7.22)分明显高于对照组的(12.67±6.36)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症可减轻神经功能缺损,促进病情缓解,改善患者预后。

Treating 78 cases of stroke sequelae by acupuncture plus rehabilitation

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating stroke sequelae. Methods：156 cases of stroke sequelae were randomly divided into control group and observation group 78 cases for each, control group received rehabilitation training, giving rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture in observation group. Results： The total effective rate of 97.43%better than the control group of 83.33%, the observation group before and after treatment of neurological impairment score（17.19±7.22） was significantly higher （12.67±6.36） points, the difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined rehabilitation therapy can reduce stroke sequelae of neurological deficit;promote remission, improved patient outcomes.
