耳穴埋豆联合中药足部熏洗对0级糖尿病足干预效应

目的:观察耳穴埋豆联合中药足部熏洗对0级糖尿病足的干预效果。方法:将60例0级糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组30例,观察组30例。2组均给予控制血糖、改善微循环、营养神经、中药、对症处理各种并发症及健康教育。观察组在此基础上运用耳穴埋豆联合中药足部熏洗疗法治疗;10~14d为1个疗程,共做2个疗程。结果:两组治疗后足部感觉均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组痛觉、触觉和动脉搏动改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),振动觉、温度觉改善情况两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆联合中药足部熏洗对0级糖尿病疗效确切,值得推广。

Interventional effects of TCM therapy on 0 diabetic foot

Objective： To observe effects of TCM therapy on 0 diabetic foot. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases of the observation group. 2 groups were given routine therapy. Observation group received TCM therapy for two courses. Results： After treatment, the foot feels significantly improved compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In observation group pain, touch and arterial pulse improved significantly better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, vibration sensation, temperature sensation between the two groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Auricular buried beans plus TCM foot fumigation is efficacy, worthy of promotion.
