| 摘 要： | 深入回归中医学成长的环境,重新认识"中风病"。提出"中风病"的命名属于取象比类;是"四大"之"风"的异常;古人知其病位在"脑";从阳气的异常变动和元气不足的角度探讨"中风病"的病机;指出修复"脑神"以恢复机体功能是"中风康复"的方向;特定的肢体活动可以引导阳气脱离"归并",回复至偏瘫侧;调神、调气、调形是"中风康复"的主要内容。

| Abstract: | Back to growth environment of TCM, stroke was considered again. That stroke is named from analogism;is big four of the Feng exception;ancients know disease located in the brain;investigate abnormal movements of Yang and Yuan for the pathogenesis;pointed that fixing the Naoshen is a way to restore the body’s function; specific physical activity can lead yang from the merge back to hemiplegic side;God, breathing, shape is main content of Stroke Rehabilitation. |
