中医针灸治疗脑瘫患儿语言障碍的临床研究

目的:探讨中医针灸治疗脑瘫患儿语言障碍的临床研究进展。方法:选自2009年6月1日-2013年6月1日进入到我院进行治疗的脑瘫患儿30例,将这30例脑瘫患儿随机分成两组,每组15例患儿,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对两组患儿在采用基础治疗的之外,对观察组的15例患儿采用中医针灸治疗,观察两组患儿的临床治疗结果。结果:对照组15例患儿采用基础治疗方法,显效7例,占该组临床数的46.7%,有效5例,占该组临床总人数的33.3%,无效3例,占该组临床总人数的20%。对照组临床治疗的总有效率为80%。观察组15例患儿采用基础治疗基础之上再进行针灸治疗,显效8例,占该组临床数的53.3%,有效5例,占该组临床总人数的33.3%,无效2例,占该组临床总人数的13.4%。观察组临床治疗的总有效率为86.6%。结论:两组脑瘫患儿的语言障碍改善情况观察组优于对照组。采用针灸治疗脑瘫患儿语言性障碍效果明显,值得临床推广。

Clinical study on treating language disorder in children with cerebral palsy by acupuncture

Objective： To investigate the research progress on treating language disorder in children with cerebral palsy by acupuncture. Methods：Selected from 1 June 2009 to 1 June 2013 into the hospital for treatment of 30 cases of cerebral palsy, cerebral palsy these 30 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 15 patients of each group, respectively, named for the observation group and control group. The two groups of children in the use of basic treatment, the observation group, and 15 cases were treated with acupuncture treatment, observed two groups of children with clinical outcomes. Results：In the control group, 15 cases were treated with basic treatment methods, effective in 7 cases, accounting for 46.7%of the number of clinical group, effective in 5 cases, accounting for the group 33.3% of the total number of clinical, 3 cases, accounting for the total number of the group of clinical 20%. The control group, the total effective clinical treatment was 80%. Observation group, 15 cases were treated with basic therapy based on further acupuncture treatment, 8 cases, accounting for 53.3% of the number of clinical group, effective in 5 cases, accounting for the group 33.3% of the total number of clinical, 2 cases, accounting for the group, 13.4% of the total number of clinical. Clinical observation group, the total effective rate was 86.6%. Conclusion： The two groups of children with cerebral palsy language barrier improvement observation group than the control group. A child with cerebral palsy using acupuncture treatment effect is obvious language barriers, worthy of promotion.
