早期中西医结合治疗在创伤性休克的临床应用体会

目的:研究早期中西医结合治疗在创伤性休克的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月~2012年6月院前收治的休克患者86例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。两组患者给予迅速补液、止血、维持水电解平衡等常规治疗。观察组在常规治疗基础上根据患者中医证型给予相应药物治疗。比较两组患者临床总有效率和实验室指标变化情况。结果:观察组临床疗效和各项实验室指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合方法可更好的改善休克的循环状态,提高患者救治率。

Clinical experience for treating traumatic shock in the integrative medicine

Objective： To study the early clinical efficacy of integrative medicine therapy on traumatic shock. Methods： January 2011 to June 2012, 86 cases of shock were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Two groups of patients given the rapid rehydration, hemostasis, maintain the balance of water electrolysis and other conventional treatment. Observation group was given the appropriate medical treatment according to the TCM syndrome types on the basis of conventional therapy. To compare the clinical efficiency and changes in laboratory parameters. Results： The clinical efficacy and laboratory parameters of observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrative medicine can better improve circulation state of shock and improve patient treatment rate.
