空心加压螺钉内固定结合中药治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折临床分析

目的:探讨空心加压螺钉内固定结合中药治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折临床分析。方法:选取2011年5月~2013年5月我院收治入院的老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折患者,实施空心加压螺钉内固定结合中药治疗的60例患者为治疗组,选取同期采用空心加压螺钉内固定治疗的60例为对照组。观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组的优良率为95%,显著高于对照组的71.67%,两组比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:空心加压螺钉内固定结合中药治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折临床效果显著优于单独空心加压螺钉内固定治疗。

Clinical analysis on treating senile osteoporotic femoral neck fracture by hollow compression screw internal fixation combined with TCM

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on treating senile osteoporotic femoral neck fracture by Hollow compression screw internal fixation combined with TCM. Methods： From May 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital, 60 cases in the treated group was treated by hollow compression screw internal fixation combined with TCM, 60 cases in the control group was treated by hollow compression screw internal fixation. Observe therapeutic efficacy. Results： The excellent and good rate of treatment group was 95%, significantly higher than the control group 71.67%, two groups of P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The clinical effect of treated group was better than the control group.
