| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口服"益气补肾汤"合潘生丁片治疗无症状性蛋白尿和(或)血尿的IgA肾病的疗效。方法:把表现为无症状性蛋白尿和(或)血尿的IgA肾病患者60例,分为"益气补肾汤"合潘生丁片治疗组30例、单纯潘生丁片对照组30例,进行疗效对比。结果:治疗组总有效率疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:"益气补肾汤"合潘生丁片治疗无症状性蛋白尿和(或)血尿的IgA肾病安全有效。

Treating 30 cases of IgA nephropathy with Yiqi Bushen decoction plus dipyridamole tablets |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the Yiqi Bushen decoction plus dipyridamole tablets in treating asymptomatic proteinuria and （or） IgA Nephropathy hematuria. Methods： With asymptomatic proteinuria and （or） IgA 60 patients were divided into Yiqi Bushen decoction plus dipyridamole in the treatment group of 30 patients, dipyridamole alone in the control group of 30 patients. Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly better （P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion： The Yiqi Bushen decoction plus dipyridamole for asymptomatic proteinuria and （or） hematuria IgA nephropathy are safe and effective. |
