强直性脊柱炎采用中医针灸综合治疗的机理及疗效分析

目的:探讨中医针灸综合治疗对强直性脊柱炎患者治疗过程中的机理以及临床治疗效果。方法:选取2011年10月-2013年10月在我院接受中医针灸综合治疗的强直性脊柱炎患者32例为研究对象,对患者治疗前和治疗3个月后的晨僵时间、脊柱活动度、胸腔活动度等情况进行分析,对中医针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的机理和疗效进行分析。结果:强直性脊柱炎患者经过1个月的治疗后晨僵时间、脊柱活动度、胸腔活动度等情况比治疗强均有了明显的改善,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸在治疗强直性脊柱炎的过程中可以提高治疗的效果,改善患者的临床症状,具有显著的效果,值得推广应用。

Analyzing the mechanism and efficacy of the integrated TCM on treating ankylosing spondylitis

Objective： To investigate the mechanism and efficacy of the integrated TCM on treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：32 cases as the research object were treated and selected in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013, patients’ duration of morning stiffness, spinal mobility, pleural activity etc. were analyzed before treatment and 3 months after, the mechanism and efficacy of the acupuncture was analyzed. Results：After a month treatment, patients’ duration of morning stiffness, spinal mobility, pleural activity etc. were stronger than the treatment significantly improved, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis can improve the effectiveness of treatment, improves the patients’ clinical symptoms, with significant effects, and＆amp;nbsp;should be widely applied.
