| 摘 要： | 目的:观察运脾和胃汤治疗小儿脾胃不和型厌食症疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的患儿随机分为中药组、对照组各30例。中药组口服运脾和胃汤,对照组口服吗丁啉,两组连用7d,观察治疗前后两组患儿临床疗效及运脾和胃汤对尿D-木糖排泄率、微量元素的影响。结果:中药组较对照组总有效率、尿D-木糖排泄率明显升高(P<0.01);中药组治疗后较治疗前微量元素锌明显增高,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:运脾和胃汤治疗小儿脾胃不和型厌食症疗效确切。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of infantile anorexia with Yunpi Hewei decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe Yunpi Hewei decoction for treating pediatric anorexia. Methods： 60 children were randomly divided into TCM group and the control group （30 cases）. TCM group was treated with Yunpi Hewei decoction, the control group was treated with domperidone, two for 7 days. Results： Compared with control group, the total efficiency of TCM group was better, urinary D-xylose excretion was significantly increased （P〈0.01）; TCM group compared with before treatment was significantly higher in zinc, there was a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Yunpi Hewei decoction treating pediatric anorexia is effective. |
