六味地黄汤加减治疗肾虚型腰痛32例疗效观察

目的:观察六味地黄汤加减治疗肾虚型腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组28例。治疗组予六味地黄汤加减(熟地、山药、山茱萸、茯苓、丹皮、泽泻、牛膝、杜仲、续断、白芍、当归、元胡、甘草等)治疗;对照组予腰痛宁胶囊治疗,两组均以30d为1个疗程,1个疗程后评定疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.8%,对照组为71.4%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:六味地黄汤加减治疗肾虚型腰痛疗效很好。

Clinical observation on treating 32 cases of kidney-type back pain with the Liuwei Dihuang decoction

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the Liuwei Dihuang decoction treating kidney-type back pain. Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into the treated group （32 cases） and the control group （28 cases）. The treated group was given the Liuwei Dihuang decoction, the control group was treated withYaotongning capsules, both groups 30 days to a course of treatment, and after a course of treatment the efficacy was evaluated. Results：The total efficiency of the treated group was 93.8%, and was 71.4%of the control group, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）, the efficacy of the treated group was better. Conclusion： The efficacy of the Liuwei Dihuang decoction is good on treating kidney-type back pain.
