中医治疗痛风性关节炎临床研究

目的:总结中医治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取在我院门诊就诊的痛风性关节炎患者40例,随即分为对照组和治疗组。对照组20例,口服秋水仙碱进行治疗;治疗组20例,依据临床表现和中医舌诊对患者疾病进行具体分型,进行中药治疗。结果:两组患者在治疗后疼痛评分呈明显下降趋势,两组止痛效果相当;经治疗后,对照组8例患者痊愈,9例患者好转,3例未愈,总有效率为85.0%;而治疗组患者10例痊愈,9例好转,1例未愈,总有效率为95.0%。治疗组痊愈率与总有效率高于对照组,未愈率低于对照组。结论:秋水仙碱治疗痛风性关节炎疼痛症状较为良好,配合中医学治疗,疗效更好。

Clinical research on treating gouty arthritis in TCM

Objective： To summarize the clinical effect of TCM medicine on treating gouty arthritis. Methods： 40 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treated group. The control group 20 cases were given Colchicine oral treatment; treated group 20 cases were based on tongue diagnosis and clinical manifestations specific types, and given TCM treatment. Results： After treatment patients pain score in two groups were significantly decreased, the analgesiceffect was quite, In the control group, 8 cases cured, 9 cases improved, 3 cases invalid, the total efficiency was 85.0%, in the treated group, 10 cases cured, 9 cases improved, 1 case invalid, the total efficiency was 95.0%. In control group, the cure rate and total efficiency was higher than the control group, invalid rate was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion： Colchicine on treating gouty arthritis pain symptoms are more favorable, combined with the TCM treatment can have better efficacy.
