自拟降脂通脉饮治疗高脂血症疗效观察

目的:探讨自拟降脂通脉饮治疗高脂血症临床疗效。方法:将60例高脂血症患者分为两组,每组30例,治疗组采用自拟中药降脂通脉饮口服,对照组采用辛伐他汀片口服,比较两组患者治疗后中医症候疗效及血脂指标疗效。比较两组患者治疗前后各项血脂指标和血液流变学指标。结果:治疗组中医症候疗效优于对照组(Z=-1.973,P<0.05);血脂指标疗效优于对照组(Z=-2.599,P<0.05);2组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组降低明显(P<0.05),HDL-C较治疗前升高(P<0.05),与对照组比较治疗组升高明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血液流变学各项指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药降脂通脉饮治疗高脂血症疗效确切,安全性高,可在临床推广应用。

Effect observation on treating hyperlipidemia with the Jiangzhi Tongmai decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Jiangzhi Tongmai decoction on treating hyperlipidemia. Methods：60 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, the treated group was treated with oral Jiangzhi Tongmai decoction, while the control group was given oral simvastatin tablets, compared the curative effect of TCM syndrome and lipid indexes of patients in two groups after treatment. The lipid and hemarheology indexes of patients in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results：The curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treated group was better than that of the control group （Z=-1.973, P〈0.05）; The curative effect of lipid index was better than that of the control group （Z=-2.599, P〈0.05）; TC, TG, LDL-C decreased of the two groups after treatment than before （P〈0.05）, compared with the control group, the treated group decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, HDL-C increased than before treatment （P〈0.05）, compared with the control group, the treatmented group increased significantly （P〈0.05）. The hemorheology indexes of patients in two groups improved than before treatment （P〈0.05）, the improvement of the treated group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Jiangzhi Tongmai decoction has significant effect and high safety on hyperlipidemia, it is worthy of promotion and application for the future.
