中医药在糖尿病防治中的应用研究

目的:探讨中医药在糖尿病防治中的效果。方法:选自2012年6月1日~2013年6月1日进入到我院治疗的糖尿病患者80例,将这80例患者随机分成两组,每组40例患者,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对观察组的40例患者采用中药进行治疗,对对照组的40例患者采用西药进行治疗,临床治疗期为2个月,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察显效28例,所占比例为70%,有效9例,所占比例为9%,无效3例,所占比例为7.5%。观察组临床治疗的总有效率为92.5%。对照组显效26例,所占比例为65%,有效7例,所占比例为17.5%,无效7例,所占比例为17.5%。对照组的临床治疗的总有效率为82.5%。结论:采用中医中药在糖尿病的治疗中效果显著,值得临床推广。

Application study of TCM in the diabetes prevention

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of TCM in the diabetes prevention. Methods： Selected from June 1, 2012 to June 1, 2013 into my hospital 80 patients with diabetes, these 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 40 patients, were named as the observation group and control group. On the observation group, 40 patients were treated in TCM, control group 40 patients were treated with modem medicine, clinical treatment period of two months, and the clinical effects of two groups were observed. Results： The observation group, 28 cases markedly, the proportion was 70%, effective in 9 cases, the proportion was 9%, and ineffective in 3 cases, the proportion was 7.5%, the total efficiency was 92.5%. The control group that were 26 cases, the proportion was 65%, effective in 7 cases, the proportion was 17.5%, ineffective in 7 cases, the proportion was 17.5%, and the total efficiency was 82.5%. Conclusion： Effect of TCM is remarkable on treating diabetes, worthy of promotion.
