桂枝芍药知母汤加减结合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

目的:观察桂枝芍药知母汤加减结合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将122例类风湿性关节炎患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各61例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予桂枝芍药知母汤加减结合针灸治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率95.08%,明显优于对照组的68.85%,观察组不良反应发生率3.28%,低于对照组的18.03%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝芍药知母汤加减结合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效佳、耐受性高,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Clinical observation on treating rheumatoid arthritis with the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction plus acupuncture

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with acupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：122 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis by the digital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 61 patients each. The control group was given modern medicine treatment, observation group were given Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment. Compared efficacy of two groups. Results：The total efficiency of observation group was 95.08%, better than 68.85% of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 3.28%, lower than the 18.03% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with acupuncture has excellent efficacy on rheumatoid arthritis, with high tolerance, is worthy of further research and promotion.
